Some exercises involve two sticks at once while hanging, twisting, pushing, and pulling in opposing directions to reach maximal ranges. The use of multiple sticks can provide a progressionary and regressionary aspect to the exercises. Stability and balance work is challenging and two sticks provide added stability so that the body and central nervous system can learn to adapt to the new positions and stimulus.
The exercises combine joint mobilization, strength training, and active stretching using the custom-designed Training Sticks. A flexible tool used to create leverage, stability, and body awareness. Also increasing functional range of motion and muscle activation.
The training Sticks are designed for professional, daily use, in gyms and sporting field. Waterproof and easy to clean, they are made in the USA. Each stick features two silicone rubber grips created for a secure hold in-hand and on-floor.

SHORT STICKS ARE USED FOR
The short stick is used for ground-based and kneeling exercises, including upper body and hip articulations and stretches. Plus some rotational drills and lower body stretches e.g. Dead Bugs, Kayaking, Shin Box 90/90s, and the Frog Straddle. Short sticks are used when a shorter lever is required, and when drills involve holding both end-grips at once.
LONG STICKS ARE USED FOR
- If you are under 5’10″ (178cm) tall get the 6ft + 6ft + 4ft Stick Bundle.
- If you are 5’10″ (178cm) and taller get the 7ft + 7ft + 5ft Stick Bundle.
