These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital products, online courses, educational materials, memberships, and downloadable resources (“Digital Products”) offered by QPEC Pty Ltd as Trustee for the Kenren Family Trust t/a Healthy Ageing Institute (“we”, “us”, “our”).

You may NOT:
- Share files with others
- Upload content to shared drives
- Resell, lease, or sublicense materials
- Remove copyright notices
- Use content to create competing programs or courses
3. Intellectual Property
All materials remain the intellectual property of the Healthy Ageing Institute.
You acknowledge that:
- Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership
- Copyright applies under Australian and international law
- Unauthorised distribution may result in legal action
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise
- Prices may change without notice
- Payment must be completed before access is granted
- All payments are processed securely through approved gateways
5. Refunds & Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund if the product is:
- Faulty
- Not as described
- Unable to be accessed due to an issue on our side, which we cannot resolve
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchase
- Failure to read product descriptions
- Not having the required technology to access materials
- Purchasing expecting outcomes that are not guaranteed
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical access issues.
6. Health, Wellness & Exercise Disclaimer
