The saying goes that we are a product of our environment. We mesh or mould into the conditions that surround us and become part of its landscape. We are influenced by how it is created and everything we do is affected both internally and externally. If our environment is dark and cold, dull and boring, so too will we be this way. If we are surrounded by plastic and fake foods and takeaways, our choices and influences are enhanced by this. If on the other hand our environment is bright and fresh, so too is our outlook.

If things around us are of nature, we become more natural and look for organic solutions. Although we are a product of our environment and we are highly influenced by it, we can optimise it, by changing our immediate surroundings, thought processes and how we react with nature. This has the run on effect of positive outlook, better physical and mental well being and and places us on the right path to Wellness 4 Health. Movement!
The act or process of moving an object from one place or position to another.

We are a living organism, which requires constant movement for life! Everything we do revolves around movement. If we move slowly so does everything else around us, or if the object is not moving slow, we miss it or collide with it. If we stop moving all together, this creates problems with all of our internal systems and we stop growing and die. We are made up of cells that require heat and movement to grow and nurture and to keep us strong.
Movements should be big and expansive to help keep us mobile and stay strong. Being able to move effectively and efficiently through different planes of motion helps us to stay strong for daily life both physically and mentally. movement is gourd for the should and movement is life!
